So, lately, i have seen this weird grey/white overlays on videos and .gif formats over in internet.
I have no idea why. They dont show up in all videos. Also, cant watch videos in VLC player, they look greyed too. Here some pictures. I hope someone could know answer, idk how to google this problem, and i have tryed but without answer. Cookie for knowing solution.
