I would go for an i5 build instead. It will be MUCH better for Skyrim and CPU heavy games.
This PC is very overpriced for what you get. Are you open to building yourself? You will get better quality parts, much better performance for the same money.

I would recommend an i5 4460 build for sure.
The 8320 is old and on a dead socket. The i5 will perform better in the games you listed and last much longer.
Get a better quality than the stock PSU. Antec, XFX, Seasonic, EVGA (G2,B2)
