my lop top always shutdown when i'm playing or doing something and when i used it its hot and automatically shutdown how can i fix it? my windows is window 7 premium and iv'e change it to windows 8 pro ,

microsoft windows 8 pro
intel(R) core(TM) i3 cpu
m 370 @ 2.40GHz,2 core
RAM 4 GB
Intel(R) HD graphics
