Yes, they are compatible.

Suggestions:

- If you're buying this PC for gaming, you don't need a i7. An i5 4690K will do the job fine. In gaming the performance difference between i7 and i5 is none or highly negligible.

- I suggest you get at least 8GB (2x4GB) of RAM that too with less CAS Latency like CL9 for better performance. Your current choice of RAM has CL11, which is not the best for a 4GB RAM.

- Also you don't need a 750W PSU, unless you're planning for a NVIDIA SLI or AMD Crossfire in future. Also I don't see a graphics card in your list.

Let me know your purpose for buying this PC. I may be able to suggest the right parts within your budget.

OK, here is what I suggest, assuming that you're buying this for gaming:

Processor - https://www.umart.com.au/umart1/pro/Products-details.phtml?id=10&id2=13&bid=2&sid=195666&
CPU Cooler - http://www.umart.com.au/umart1/pro/Products-details.phtml?id=10&id2=185&bid=2&sid=131605&
Motherboard - https://www.umart.com.au/umart1/pro/Products-details.phtml?id=10&id2=376&bid=2&sid=190451&
Memory - https://www.umart.com.au/umart1/pro/Products-details.phtml?id=10&id2=153&bid=2&sid=73306&
SSD - https://www.umart.com.au/umart1/pro/Products-details.phtml?id=10&id2=159&bid=2&sid=237407&
HDD - https://www.umart.com.au/umart1/pro/Products-details.phtml?id=10&id2=129&bid=2&sid=87001&
Video Card - https://www.umart.com.au/umart1/pro/Products-details.phtml?id=10&id2=409&bid=2&sid=203136
Case - Stick with the same case
PSU - https://www.umart.com.au/umart1/pro/Products-details.phtml?id=10&id2=140&bid=2&sid=65243& [GTX 970 only require a quality 500W PSU that can deliver 28Amps on its +12V rail. The Antec HCG 520W can deliver 40Amps on its +12V rail, which is more than enough to power your entire rig. The first most important criteria in selecting a PSU is to check for how many Amps can its +12V deliver, besides the wattage.]
Optical Drive - https://www.umart.com.au/umart1/pro/Products-details.phtml?id=10&id2=20&bid=2&sid=135859&
OS - https://www.umart.com.au/umart1/pro/Products-details.phtml?id=10&id2=45&bid=2&sid=141700&

Total - AUD $1700.50

Cheers!
