do i still need to removed or clean the water cooling loop if im using acrylic tubing?

It isn't the tubing I would worry about, it is the blocks. Eventually stuff will build up in them that needs to be cleaned so you will have to take the loop apart for that. At the very least, you will need to take the loop apart to see if there is buildup in the blocks.
