Hello Toot12311, I am fairly good at building PC's and I can definitely build a very good gaming PC for you with that budget. I have some questions though. Do you want a dvd drive? or can you do everything by USB?

Ok I have a few of the parts picked out but from personal experience, can you hook your pc right into internet through cable or do you want a wifi card for your build?

Nice, my friend....here you go http://Go to that website and all your parts will be there, even your OS
You might want to check in with some more people just to make sure this is a good build.
