What should i get Intel Core i5-4690K or Intel Core i5-4590 and Asus H97M-E or Asus H97M-Plus

i really dont know the difference and i dont know which one to get.please help me and tell me what is the difference the I
Intel Core i5-4690K is 236.922 US Dollar and
Intel Core i5-4590 is 204.359 US Dollar ?

and iam planning to pair this i5 with an asus motherboard but i dont know which version to get either because i dont know which is better.
Asus H97M-E is 92.074 US Dollar and
Asus H97M-PLues is 104.425 US Dollar ?

can anybody help me which one to choose and tell me the difference

oh i see then the K is for overclocking but a z97 board is too pricey and i dont intend to do OC btw can u choose the best for me within this 3 i just plan to use the normal and and please choose the motherboard i stated about

btw do you know if my 1866 ram if i put it in a H97 board it will stil lwork even if clocks at 1600? so i dont need to but new ram
