Starting a new build (need help on ram modules and mobo)

Ok so im planning to buy the X99 A from ASUS...
My concerns are as follows...
1) What vendor should i choose for my ram and in what number of mhz should my ram be clocked??
2) Please explain what capabilities of RAID i can have on that board (how many sata available for raid and what raid available how many times...)
3) Can i use RAID on the two sata 6gbit included on Sata Express?
4) If anyone has that board or knows something please suggest and comment so i know im moving forward to the correct mobo!

as i can see asus says that i can raid the 4 gray ports.....so if we consider the 2 from the pci express we get total of 6?
so i can run 2 ssds on the sata express satas? (raid 0)
and four hdds on the other 4 grey ports? (raid 0)
