Can GTX 960 4GB max out all the present games on a 1080p display?

Solution
Buy the cheapest new 960 you can get, and I wouldn't buy a 4GB edition as they don't really perform any better than the 2G. (Unless it isn't that much more expensive. If it's within 2KINR of a 2G version, Why not?)

Should do High settings w/FXAA @60FPS with all newly released titles for quite a while.

I'm not too sure what the price difference is between the 960 4gb and 290 in india, but here they are priced close tonthe same but the 290 will perform leaps and bounds above a 960 in the titles you listed.

If you are stuck on the 960 don't get the 4gb version it's not going to help you since the card isn't powerful enough to drive resolutions and or settings to use 4gb.

I am getting GTX 960 4GB cheaper than 2GB version in a particular shop (that guy wants to get rid of that 4GB card). R9 290 is very expensive, out of the budget. I also considered R9 280x but the problem is my PSU. It is a 600W (4 year old PSU) and 280x requires 750W or atleast a good quality 600W, both of which I don't have. Considering these factors I am choosing GTX 960. As I already mentioned, I don't need 60 FPS. 30 FPS on any game would be fine for me.
