My fx8350 have 4 cores only working the other 4 are only kicking in when the load is high how i can enable all cores
it shows that cpu 1 cpu 3 and 5 and 8 are parked how can i unpark it my pc is on high perfomance mode and i have the fixed for windows 7 applied also no power saving on in bios i cant unpark this with any program how i do this plz help

msi 970 grapics card
2x500gb hdd 1 120g ssd
seidon 120v watercooler
temps are okay
