good PC specs bad fps :(

i bought a new PC to get away from bad fps but i still get horrible fps on every game, please help

If you have 77C then you are overheating. Are you using the stock fan? If yes then I would suggest buying a new, good quality one.

You can also try to reapply thermal paste, do a quick google search on the proper way to apply it, it's fairly easy.

thanks for the answer yes i am using the stock fan, the cpu reaches 100 degrees when gaming, are sure its the problem ? thanks again

Yes I am certain, if it reaches 100C I would really stop using it until you've reapplied thermal paste or bought a new fan. You might damage the CPU with that high temperature...
