hello everyone
i am happy to say that i have found a fix for this impossible problem
i worked hard for 48 hours non stop trying to make my gpu work on it
so what was the fix?
FIX;
downloaded sp58264 bios , flashed it (i recommend you to try it three times, flash the bios three times in a row just for guarantee)
then plugged my gpu with the pc turned off
then i removed the battery for half an hour or maybe more (that miraculously disabled the on board graphics which now will let you use gtx 750)
but understand that the boot takes two minutes or less i dont know, all i know is that it beeps two times , then shows a black screen then this : - (dash) then boots in to windows
and by the way when i push the power on button i quickly hit alt f10 or F9 (i think it was hold alt and tap f9 or 10 repeatidly)

info:
GPU:GTX 750 gigabyte oc 2GB (non ti)
RAM:2GB
GPU plugged to dvi
motherboard :cupertino h61

ohhh, alright
the problem was that when you plug the gpu and just leave the on-board the PC would be stuck at the bios
and when you unplug the card but leave it inserted then plug the on-board the PC wouldn't turn on it would beep 6 times then stay there, and even if you miraculously managed to access windows with the GPU inserted but not plugged to the monitor
device manager wouldnt even find it.

when you go to hp theyl tell you to disable onboard graphics, but that option isnt availeble in the bios, and f you try from windows it doesnt work , because windows will only truelly disable it if you have two display adapters which i dont since my gpu isnt detected, so i removed the battery with the gpu plugged and removed all power sources and left it for maybe 40 minutes, and voila onboard graphics are disabled.
and i remember tapping alt F9 or 10 and in the midle of the booting it used to show "installation'' and i assumed it was the installation of the gpu.

i just wanted to help people you know, youl find ton of topics about this, just write carmel 2 mother board GTX problem you find tons, and yes a newer bios will fix everything.
there are people who just decided to buy new mobos because they couldnt fix the problem, but i guess i am a lucky guy

and now i run dirt showdown at 70 to 90 fps all ultra ;)
