Since I live in Europe (Croatia more precisely) everything I order from the US and Asia that is over 150€ needs to pass customs (which are really f***ing expensive) and anything below 150€ is just taxed for 25% of the item's price (this does not apply for countries that are part of the European union).
What I want to know is:
1. Is there anything I can improve on this setup without crossing my 650$ budget?
2. Do you know any good part dealers in Europe?
