Hi everyone , i got my first gaming pc and it's great but i have some issues which are annoying
when i record a gameplay and watch it with any video player , there is no problem at all
but when i watch any video on youtube i can clearly see a poor quality video , i remember
this issue , it happened on my laptop when i deleted VGA driver but on my pc i downloaded
my last VGA driver and it's up to date even i installed it with a cd that comes with it , so i don't get it why i'm having this issue ?? this the first annoying problem poor quality on any video on internet
on youtube or any site , second problem , my mouse works without any problem on windows 7
on desktop i mean but when i played counter strike source my mouse keeps stopping for 1 second then move normally , that happened every 6 seconds , and that is really bad thing for shooter games , even i plugged my mouse to every pc usb ports , but nothing changed .

core i5 4590 3.3 ghz
gigabyte g1 gaming gtx 970
corsair vengeance 8 gb ( 1x8 )
