Cryorig R1 Ultimate Ram Clearance Issue?

I'm planning on purchasing a Cryorig R1 Ultimate soon and wanted to know if would interfere with my ram. I use the 2nd and 4th channel and my ram is Corsair Vengeance(the pronged top one). My motherboard is an Asus M5A97 Evo R2.0. Would the cooler overhang to the second slot of Ram or should I be fine?

You're obviously buying a 125W or less AMD CPU; therefore the Universal will be fine. It's a bit noisier at maximum fan speed (44 dBA vs 41 dBA), but it sure makes it easier to populate all memory slots if you ever need to and the fan should never have to spin at maximum speed. Yes my CPU is an AMD Fx 8350 and I want to overclock it a bit while still maintaining fairly quiet running. Out of interest are there any coolers you could recommend which might be along the same performance/cost?
