Graphics card doesn't work once AMD drivers are installed

I'm having trouble with my Sapphire 7970.
I've upgraded my motherboard and CPU in the past few days, installed all windows and driver updates except the video card. This is because every time I install them my computer doesn't finish booting.
After the windows logo disappears I am left with a black screen.

I am running:
OS - Windows 7
CPU - i5-4960k
Mobo - MSI Z97S Krait Edition
Ram - Hyper X 16GB 1866MHz
PSU - EVGA Supernova G2 1000W

LOL. This is a bios problem. You are using the cpu's integrated graphics (probably) and you'll have to switch to the graphics card in the bios settings and then install the drivers.
That's the only solution to this question. Hope this helps
