R9 290 water cooled gpu getting video card error

I water cooled my gpu and got no errors. Then a week later my display went black. I restarted my computer. Then got beep code video card error. I checked the chipset for the gpu. It's the same as the one it said I should use on the water block. Anyone know the problem? Also I tried taking the gpu in and out.

Gigabyte r9 290
Mobo is 970 gaming
Psu is 1200 watts so thats fine
8 gigs of ddr3 ram
Amd 6350 cpu at 4.3 ghz

I did that, I also replaced the thermal paste on the gpu and made sure their is water flow or the gpu. Nothing seems to work. If your wondering the beep code I'm getting doesn't repeat. It is 1 long beep then 2 short ones
