Can't Change Lock Screen.

My phone is running android 4.4.2 KitKat its a doogee voyager bit of an unheard brand but its a cool phone but for some reason i cant change my lock screen with my wallpapers like live wallpapers or just make it the same as my home screen i looked everywhere and i only found out that you can only chnage it with the pre-installed wallpapers which are pretty crappy. I want to know if its my phone of is it android/

On my lollipop phone:
I'm able to long press on the home screen, press wallpaper and select if I want to change my home screen, lock screen, or home and lock screen wallpaper. There is an option on the lower left that says "from gallery" that allows me to choose any picture I want.

On my jellybean phone:
settings -> display -> lockscreen -> wallpaper

I think both of these are options that the phone company added. In the lollipop case, it's on Samsung's touchwiz.

If neither of these work, you should just get a 3rd party app for it.
