Networking wil not work

hey there

so i have a lenovo ideapad p500 touch and networking will not work iv tried to reinstalled the driver for the Bluetooth and WiFi card. Even the Ethernet port will not work im at a loss for what to do. As i said iv tried to reinstall the driver but nothing works can any one shed some light on this problem?

Print screen (after the F12 key) and then save the image in MS paint and then uploaod it to us (f you can).

last thing you want to also do is check the TCIP setting to make sure they are on auto (the ip configuration and what not)

i can connect to the wifi but i get a "dns_probe_finished_no_internet". i have no idea why it stoped working i was told by the person that he was using it on a trip and it all of a sudden stopped working as i said i can connect to the wifi but i canot access the internet or anything

its not the router that i know because i took the laptop home with me and im gaming on BF3 right now on my gaming pc but the laptop wont connect but it will connect to the wifi
