a8 7600 vs i5 4440

Looking to make a new rig, this is going to be for mostly Internet browsing such as email and reading the news . It's going to need to last long without any upgrades. As I plan to get no gpu is the a8 with r7 graphics better than the i5 4440 with iris?

The i5-4440 has HD4600 graphics. No Iris/Iris Pro there.

If that computer is only going to get used for web browsing, netflix, Youtube, etc., either CPU will be fine for the next 7+ years.
