I have chosen AMD 3.5 AM3+ FX 6-Core Edition FX-6300 as my processor (95 watt), my gpu will be Sapphire AMD/ATI Radeon R7 250 with Boost 1 gb ddr5 ( 500w) , Gigabyte GA-970A-DS3 Motherboard . I don't know which cabinet and power supply is needed . Please suggest me some in the lowest range possible but one that will work .

Solution
The PSU & Cabinet should always be chosen with any future upgrade of any of the internal components in mind.

I would suggest a PSU which is at least 600 Watts and a Cabinet with enough airflow and room to keep all the internal components cool.

For cabinet, I would suggest either Deepcool Kendomen.

For PSU My Suggestion is Antec EarthWatts EA-650 GREEN.

But I'm going to use this comp for only 2 years and I not going to get it upgraded . Right now I have a thight budget and I want to spend less on the cabinet (looks don't matter to me all i want is my cpu should work ) and As for the psu is 600w necessary I mean as I said I am not getting it upgraded. So if you suggest 600w keeping an upgrade in mind please give a new suggestion or should I stick with this one ?

I am also in India. We do get Antec VP450 here.
http://www.ebay.in/itm/Antec-Basiq-Series-VP550P-550W-Power-Supplies-Basic-Supply-SMPS-PSU-3Yrs-Warty-/331090907839?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_203&hash=item4d168e52bf

In this case, I would like to make a different suggestion for the case.

Deepcool Kendomen is one of them.

The second one is Antec GX900B which I am using my self.

Antecs is an exceptional case. This is from my experience.
