I'm building a PC for a friend, and I was wondering if this PSU is okay for this build? 
Maybe some other changes?

CPU: Intel Core i5-4460 3.2GHz
CPU Cooler: Cooler Master Hyper 212 Evo
GPU: MSI Radeon R9 280X Gaming
RAM: 2 x 8GB HyperX Fury DDR3 1866MHz
Storage: 1 x 120GB Samsung 850 EVO + 1 x Seagate Barracuda 1TB
PSU: Cooler Master G650M PSU
Case: NZXT Noctis 450 Midi Tower
