Hi, i'm planning on buying 5th generation Broadwell i7 5775c, all the motherboards i checked require a BIOS update but i can't do a BIOS update because i don't have a CPU that the z97 motherboard support out of the box. How i'm supposed to build my computer without external help for BIOS update?

To answer your question, some ASUS Z97 boards feature the Flashback.that allows you to update the BIOS without a supported CPU.

I'm looking for a more budget oriented mATX motherboard, and i don't like the Asus z97m Gyprhon, will there be any new z97 motherboards coming out in the next days / weeks?

I saw the stock speed benchmarks of 5775c and it's head to head with 4790k with much lover clock speed, if it can be overclocked to same speeds as 4790k then it should outperform the 4790k by a good margin, so it's still better bang for the buch option at the moment and i can't wait for skylake. I recently sold my entire 4790 rig for very good price, the laptop i have is only good to play CS:GO and LOL, i can't resist till september with that.

I'm not aware of a new series of boards for Broadwell. I guess that manufacturers will be busy with supporting Skylake rather than Broadwell.
Another option would be ASrock boards (since ASUS is not an option), where you can swap the BIOS chip.
