I am planning to buy a second computer and I am wondering if there are any websites that allow me to pay a 200 or 100 dollar fee in order for them to build the computer I want for me.
If you go with any of the three above, be very, very careful about the parts selection.
If they say "600W PSU", be sure they specify exactly what make and model. Similar with "120GB SSD!"
Personally, paying a $200 premium for them to build it is paying $100/hour for some 19 year old new kid to put it together.

So do I pay a 100 dollar or 200 dollar fee or around that in order for them to build the pc I want? or is it over that?
It's not directly fee based, you just "build" the computer you want in their selector programs and then buy it from them. On average, especially on the lower and mid range machines, you spend 100-200 more than what you would if you bought the parts and built it yourself, the "fee" if you will. The upside is you get it all done for you and you get a warranty on the machine. As USAF says, just be aware of the parts you pick.
