What website allows you to pay a good fee in order for them to build your computer?

Solution
If you go with any of the three above, be very, very careful about the parts selection.
If they say "600W PSU", be sure they specify exactly what make and model. Similar with "120GB SSD!"

Personally, paying a $200 premium for them to build it is paying $100/hour for some 19 year old new kid to put it together.

It's not directly fee based, you just "build" the computer you want in their selector programs and then buy it from them. On average, especially on the lower and mid range machines, you spend 100-200 more than what you would if you bought the parts and built it yourself, the "fee" if you will. The upside is you get it all done for you and you get a warranty on the machine. As USAF says, just be aware of the parts you pick.
