ok guys last 30 days im having this wired problem my Pc restarts randomly at times i can't predict when it happens its just so random i cant find which one causing the problem i feel its my UPS

heres my PC full specification

AMD FX 8350
Cooler Master 750 w PSU
Corsair 8 GB DDR3
Seagate 1TB Sata Drive
Cooler master Hyper 212X CPU
cooler master k380 cabinet
Dell 21.5 inch monitor S2240L
Asus strix r9285 GPU
Numeric ups 1KV

so here how it happens during normal work / watching movies i hear a click sound in my UPS then my Pc restarts at first i thought the power fluctuation caused it within 10 min it happened again then few hours it worked normal then again i got the very same problem a small click sound in UPS pc restarts

so i took the UPS to service center the checked it they said its all fine u better check your PSU
but i dont think my PSU causing this problem if so why the click sound i hear from ups ?

now again im facing this restart problem now and then i don't know how to solve this problem
so help me folks whether is it my UPS OR PSU OR GPU ???

UPS service centre engineer says theres is nothing wrong with UPS we are double sure !!!

I reinstalled OS / GPU drivers still no use

Now i have decided to send the cooler master [ 750W ]PSU to company saying the product got some problem but still im not sure whether its PSU or any other component

Plse help me folks !!!

thanks

Solution
Plug your PC directly to a plug, without the UPS, if it still restarts then the UPS is obviously not the problem.
If you can test the PC with a different PSU see if it helps.
Have you checked if your temps are too high?

Temperature is around 60 -70 C its quiet normal so im sure its not the one causing problem
i dint tried plugging direct to wall socket coz here in my area power fluctuation / shutdown is bit high so im worried it will damage the PC components

none of my friends got 750w PSU they mostly have lower end PSU so i don't have that option.

:( :??:
