you cant overclock with the I7-3770S, its locked. just a cheap motherboard with minimum 2 SATA 3 ports. and a motherboard that supports EVGA hadron.

Why a 3770 for $400? A xeon is as good as an i7 just without the overclocking capabilities for $150 cheaper .
