Which of these psu should i get??

Hello i'm stuck with finding a power supply. I been researching for a while and i found out that these psu are ones that within my budget so which one should i get?
Enermax NAXN 82+ Adv 650w
Thermaltake TR2 Bronze 650w
or
Zumax Power ZU700 Bronze(??)
So which one of these should i take? Or if you guys could give me other other psu that within my budget. PS:in my country there are no evga product.

The unit should last a good 3 years, could even last more as the build quality certainly seems decent.

Do you have any local websites I can look at?, What's your budget?
What's your planned system specs?

I might be able to help find something better for your buck.
