Hello, The question is, will a amd fx 4300 bottleneck asus gtx 660 OC?
I've tried Google, the answers were yes and no, so will it bottleneck or no?
And if it do, would it help if i overclocked it?

Probably not. An FX 4300 isn't too fast/overpowered for a GTX 660 OC or vice-versa. But if you see FPS issues, yes OCing the CPU would help.
