AMD doesn't have a thermal ceiling as high as Intel (I remember an old Core 2 Duo going all the way to 82C, ouch), but you should still be pretty safe at your temperature. If you have run your full-load test for at least two hours, you know for sure that you're fine or it would've been unstable, or worse, crashed. If you haven't just do that. (I recommend IntelBurnTester here, despite the name, it works. It's even heavier than Prime or OCCT if you max out your memory so it'll probably raise your temps even more.)

Just a note here: even in heavy gaming a CPU is rarely maxed out so even if you're going high in stress tests, you'll be (relatively) fine in games.

i lowerd the volage a bitand managed to egt 45degrees at 4.4 ghz oc.. how far should i push it ?

4.4-4.5 is what most 8320s will take on a 212 Evo. I've pushed to 4.6-4.7, but it does need a voltage bump to run that, and I have no need to run it that fast all the time.
