confusion over pc build

hi . i m planning a new PC which could be worth of beating PS4 for atleast 4-5 years ...!! so i have three builds which i have configured but i m confused so here are my build , i want to make sure that any of the below build beat ps4 for atleast 4-5 years and if their are something missing. please help me .
*first build =
processor=fx 6300
motherboard=gigabyte ga 78lmt/usb3
graphics card=gtx 960
ram=8 gb ddr3 1600 mhz
hdd= 1tb
case = mid tower
monitor=samsung 19 inch 19d300hy
psu=600w cooler master .!!

*second build
processor=i3 4150k or i3 4160k
mobo=gigabyte
gpu=gtx 960 2 gb ddr5
ram=8 gb ddr 1600mhz
hdd=1tb
case=mid tower
monitor=19 inch 19d300hy samsung
psu=600w

*third build
processor=i5 4440 4th gen
mobo= suitable for i5
gpu=gtx 960 2gb ddr5
ram=8 gb ddr3 1600 mhz
hdd=1tb
case=mid tower
psu=600w
monitor= '' ''

and OS= windows 8.1 in all builds

execpt GPU is everthing is fine . or i have to make changes...??? and my budget is 50000 rupees (indian currency) for whole PC build ...!!here everything is expensive ...!! so please help me ...!!!
and 50000 rupees = $830...!!!

If you link a couple sites you can use someone can pick out your parts.

The reason I said wait is because when AMD releases their next generation of GPUs the price of the old ones tend to drop by $10-30. That's true in the US, not sure if the same holds true in India due to different taxes, tariffs, and of course market trends.

Another option that you can consider is importing the parts from a foreign retailer, but I don't know anything about what that would entail since I don't ship to India.

i think GTX 960 price has fell down as they introduced GTX 980ti....!!!
