He is not a serious gamer. He just needs a simple tower to keep him happy with his games. (Minecraft, and Garry's Mod Mostly) I would like any changes to be preferably under 380 dollars.

The kabini processor is very low powered . More useful for a HTPC or similar where power consumption must be minimal
This is about the $380 mark and will have much more processing horsepower
