Extremely Cool Temp below ambient on Stock cooler

My CPU: A10 7700K ( Many Review and People said the Temp Borked)
I know these Temp are impossible on 30 Celcius Ambient. The weird thing is the Thermal Margin on AMD overdrive that known being "accurate" show the same temp. Even if it's under load (Playing Heavy Game) it never above 50. Anyone know how to read temp in this cpu?

AOD shows the thermal margin to throttling. Idle isn't important; what are the thermal margins at full load?

It's 25.5°C to the throttling temperature and it's fine. You presume the calculation is based on 70°C, but that's incorrect: http://www.tomshardware.com/faq/id-2122665/understanding-temperature-amd-cpus-apus.html

70 Degrees is the Max temp for my chip alias my maximum temperature, so to calculate 70 celcius minus thermal margin. Exactly on the Core Temp

But it's incorrect and you don't know the thermal limit unless you read and understand AMD's technical documentation. All that's important is the thermal margin; if it's greater than 0°C, then it doesn't throttle.

Since it can't be accurately measured, you don't care about the temperature; use AOD to check the thermal margins that shouldn't get too close to 0°C at full load; otherwise the CPU will throttle or shutdown.

Based on post by several members that claim an AMD CPU may crash instead of throttling, I would keep the thermal margins at 10°C or more while running Prime95 Small FFTs. It shouldn't be difficult to achieve with a good cooler.
