Want to get 980 ti SLI what to upgrade?

Hey.

I have had my Computer for a while now and decided it was time for an upgrade
This is my 2yr old build
Corsair obsidian 650D
Corsair TX 650W
Corsair H60 CPU Cooler
ASUS P9x79
Intel LGA2011 Core-i7 3820

What should i upgrade to accommodate 2x EVGA GeForce GTX 980 Ti 6GB SC+

power supply, CPU, motherboard, cooling and potentially other stuff (980 ti's in SLI is a heavy task, just so you know, 3-way titan X's (which are basically the same thing) are bottlenecked by a 5960x)

The most critical component for now is your power supply. Upgrade that one first. To how much watts i don't know. (980Ti TDP is unknown so far??)

haha the 980 ti is out and the TDP is 250w, so I would recommend about a good quality 850w PSU.

I didn't see it was out until about few minutes ago

Nvidia recommends minimum 600w PSU (1 8pin and 1 6pin power connector)

I personally don't recommend 980Ti for constant 4K use as 6GB VRAM isn't enough for some games.

Nope, 1080p with 4K textures takes 5GB. 4K takes more.
