yes. the 980 ti is 10.5" long, and the bulldog supports up to 11.5" cards.
also, because this is a reference card, the liquid cooling for the GPU will work.

just so you know, the bulldog won't be available until skylake, because its motherboard is a z170 one and will require a skylake processor (that you will need to buy yourself)

if you can wait until September. go for it, but if you want it now, get the Silverstone RVZ01, which is similar to the buldog in terms of size, but it's just a case, and you will need to build a system inside it.
