My gpu running in pci express x42.0 why ? :(

hello my Sapphire R9 270 2 gb ddr5 gpu is running in pci x4 2.0 why can someone explain
my mobo is asus p8h61mlx3 r2.0
cpu is i3 2120 ram 8gb

It is running at PCIe 2.0 because that is all your motherboard supports. Some graphics cards lower their PCIe connectivity when idle to reduce power usage. So sitting at the desktop it will show a x4 interface.

its fixed i tried unplugging and plugging it again now its showing x16 btw thanks :)
