It's a matter of preference at that point.
Overclocking 100 MHz will gain minimal performance boosts, but it will be a performance boost none-the-less.
If it's stable, and you can leave on Intel's power saving features, and throttling functions during idle, I would just leave it at 4 GHz.
Once again, all a matter of personal preference for 100 MHz.

Its up to you, performance is performance, but you prob won't notice any difference in real-world settings
