i am going to buy a r7 260x 2gb and i wonder if my powersupply supports this. the model is HBA005-ZA2GT 286.4w. is this enoug

No it will not be enough. Your PSU has a max output wattage of 216 watts on 12 volt line, which translates to 18 amps. The R7 260x needs 19 amps, so it will most likely cause crashes/errors under load.

Humm, no, you must be looking at heavily overclocked 270X. The normal 260X draws 118W at most, and less than 90W at heavy load.

From the image that you kindly linked, i can conclude that the 13.0A the PSU supplies on the +12V rail shold be enough unless the CPU is pulling some crazy current from the other one.

The card alone might draw 118 watts, but the rest of the system also needs power. This is why it probably will not be enough under load.
