CPU: AMD FX-8320E 3.2GHz 8-Core Processor
CPU Cooler: Cooler Master GeminII M4 or Cooler Master Hyper 212 Evo
Graphics Card: ASUS Strix GTX 960
Memory: 8GB G.Skill Ripjaws X Series 1866MHz
Storage: Kingston 120GB V300 Series SSD & Seagate 2TB 7200RPM Barracuda

I got this build off a forbes article but I'm wanting to upgrade this GPU. What GPU would you suggest? I was looking at 780TI or the 970

Gaming. I want to play every single game on Max on 1440p. Or atleast most.

Also don't get the Kingston v300. When that article was written it may have been good but not anymore.
In Nov/Dec 2013 after there were good reviews/benchmarks for the drive Kingston pulled a bait-and-switch and started using async ram chips that in real world performance get 1/3 the speed.

For a 1k build you should be able to get a i5 4460 + h97 board which will give you better performance.

Will you post a build then?

This will blow right past the original build.
