The time has come for me to replace the stock heatsink and fan, and liquid cooling looks very enticing! Thing is i dont know a thing about it and or what cooler ill need. Anyone have any suggestions for what ill need? id perfer someting from corsair/coolermaster but im open to other ideas. Ive also heard things about building your own water loop, although it sounds quite complicated.

My relevant specs just in case:
-Intel Core i5-4460 Processor
-ASRock H97M Pro4 Motherboard
-Deepcool Tesseract SW MicroATX Tower Case

Solution
Closed loop coolers are quite expensive and are specially a waste of money when it comes to a locked CPU.

Get the TX3 and call it a day, and use the saved money on something else.

no need to get a better cooler for your CPU, as at the moment, running the CPU at a lower temp won't make it run faster, with the stock cooler it already runs at the highest boost clock it can run at.
if you want to upgrade, get a better GPU. no need to get a new CPU, or CPU cooler.
