why is nvidia gt 730 better than amd r7 240??

I was looking forward to upgrade my gpu...stuck between nvidia gt 730 1gb ddr5 and amd r7 240 ddr5 1gb..
I am low on budget and plz dont say that increase your budget..

I read many other threads they all say that nvidia gt 730 is better..i just want to know why?
R7 240 is 128bit and has memory bandwidth of 70 gb whereas gt 730 is 64bit and has memory bandwidth of 40gb..but it is sTill better why??
It would be better if u can provide me some benchmarks ..thnxx :)

specs don't tell the entire story. even though the r7 240 has a wider memory bus (128bit vs 64 bit), the gt 730 has a stronger GPU, which makes it faster.

and although you asked not to do this, I have to recommend getting some more money. a r7 260x is a much better value for not a-lot more....

Well ..i got it now thnk you very much...another problem with upgrading my budget is that i have a 400watt psu and i cant upgrade both the things at the moment...i will look forward to it...thnk you..

you can get an r7 260x or even a GTX 750ti (if you dont have a spare PCIe power cable), and be totally fine...
