It has the fastest core clock out of the box of any GTX 750 Ti that runs with no 6 pin header.
If that's too much by you, then I'd probably get the Palit. I have had the MSI card you are looking at. Good card, too. I have also had this GTX 750 Ti: http://www.evga.com/articles/00821/#3753
Nearly as fast as the PNY, and comes with one of the best warranties in the business.
