Hello everyone! My friend wanted me to build him a computer and I have a general idea on what parts to use. I really want other's input on this rig! He has a $1000-$1200 budget range and primarily wants to play League of Legends. He doesn't do overclocking, hosting servers or data mining, he just wants to stop using his Mac to play games! Here is the parts list.

CPU- Intel Core i7-4790K Devil’s Canyon Quad-Core (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16819117369)

GPU-EVGA GeForce GTX 750 Ti 2GB

Mobo-ASUS Z97-A LGA 1150 Intel Z97

RAM-G.SKILL Ripjaws X Series 16GB (2 x 8GB)

PSU-CORSAIR CX series CX750 750W
(http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817139040)

Case-Rosewill CHALLENGER - Black Gaming ATX Mid Tower
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811147153)

DVD- ASUS 24X DVD Burner
Thermal Paste- Arctic Silver 5
HD- Western Digital Blue 1TB 7200 RPM
Heatsink- Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO

Here are my concerns.
1) Should he get a GTX 970 instead of the 750 TI? I don't believe that the games he is currently playing require a 970 but is it worth the investment or should he upgrade later in the future?
2) Is the 750W PSU too much? I was thinking that in the future he might need the 750W instead of a 600W so I went big.
3)Will the case be big enough? I personaly bought a full tower for my Rig so I dont know how big a mid tower is.

Thank you guys and I will appreciate any input! I am here to learn from you guys as well as make a good computer for my friend.

you dont need a 1000-1200 build just to play league. he can do it with something like this:
