I currently have an AMD A8 6500 with 8570D Int. with 6GB RAM and a 200W PSU (I believe). I want to be able to play Titan Fall, maybe GTA IV, NFS: Shift (1&2) and game that are similar to those. I have looked at GTX 750 Ti and an R7 265. My current setup can play titan fall but not all too well. I dont wanna spend anymore than $150 on a GPU as I might need a new PSU and need to fix my car. Thanks

Solution
CPU is weaker compared to A8 6500, GT 820M are a bit faster compare to your current iGPU and few times slower compared to R7 260x :)
You can run this games but, but cheaper is upgrade to R7 260x your current PC :)
Upgrade for you

You better double check the PSU again. if it is indeed a 200W, you are going to be limited to cards that don't perform much better than the built-in gfx you have now. Find the nameplate on the PSU and read the rating(s) for the +12V rail. Or just tell us the make/model of the PSU.

Amazing that a modern PC would have that small of a PSU. You better include a new PSU in your budget if you want a card that will do better than what you have now. Deathrabbit's suggestion above is as good as it will get if you don't mind waiting 8 weeks for a rebate.

Otherwise I'd suggest something similar:
PSU: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817438016
Refurb GTX 750 Ti: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814487114
OR
R7-260X: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814202081

About as close as I could get to $150 out of pocket.
The PSU you have now will not run any card faster than the one you have presently.

I guess I dont mind spending maybe $50 IF itll give me better performance. Will that PSU work in my mobo and then the GPU & my current CPU be able to play those games at fairly good settings with no lag? Also, my dedicated GPU is eating like 2GB of my RAM (give or take) so when I put my dedicated one in, will it give me my full 6GB of RAM? Thanks guys.

Its an Acer full size desktop. Nothing really slim about it besides not weighing a whole ton. Its a regular old stock Acer. Canèt be too old though. I see Acer Inc. AAHD3-VC.
I would put a whole new desktop together but this aint even a year old. I would keep the RAM, HDD and CPU

Thanks for you help Deathrabit and clutchc.
Are cool max PSU any good? I know buying cheap PSUs are bad, but are these types any good? http://www.bestbuy.ca/en-CA/product/coolmax-coolmax-500-watt-computer-power-supply-14805-14805/10213793.aspx?path=5b3a8f26e30d0a6f3fead3220f7b2873en02
If not I also found this one, http://www.bestbuy.ca/en-CA/product/thermaltake-thermaltake-tr2-430-watt-atx-power-supply-w0412ru-w0412ru/10240720.aspx?path=e568120905e4216e6e280381eaf91724en02
I also found these GPUs that are cheaper, but are they any better or even worth getting?

Okay one last question, and will be giving you the solution thingy.
Is a laptop for $699.99 with an i5 2.2GHz dual core with 8GB RAM and a 2GB geforce GT 820M a good pc for these games? My computer store is offering me this and they said it will play these games. They are an authorized acer dealer and have been around for sometime so they know what there on about. Thanks DeathRabit.
