I m planning to upgrade my core 2 duo e7300 to an new socket with Intel pentium g630
how much performance incrase? how much percent?

Not worth it, plus the cost of a motherboard.

Basically the same processor but 3 years newer. Same rough statistics. IPC improvement in terms of percentage would be about 15-20% due to the process shrink but maintained power profile.

Its only a couple of tiers up, not a huge difference, I am seeing about 10-20% depending on the benchmark you are looking at. I would set my sights a bit higher if I was going to the trouble of upgrading. But then, I don't know your position. If you simply cannot afford to do more, then yeah, its better than what you have, but don't expect a huge noticeable difference.
