Few suggestions: If you are going to overclock then go with a z97 motherboard. If your not going to overclock, go with the non-k version of the 4690 and that motherboard. I'd swap out the seagate barracuda HDD for the western digital caviar blue. The barracuda is known to fail after 18 months while WD hdd's are known to last longer. A r9 280 or GTX 970 would be better instead of the 960 for that budget. I'd get the XFX 550W PSU just to have some head room for some future upgrades. Add a small SSD in there just for the OS and crucial programs. It can definitely fit in the budget. Remove the hyper 212 evo, it's pointless if you will not overclock. I'd drop the 144Hz monitor and get a 60Hz monitor. However, if you are going with a GTX...
