Hey, my brother has the exact same PC specs. The 8350, an Asus GTX 750Ti and a similar mobo. He runs every game at 40+ fps including Witcher 3 and a lot of other good games. I recommend the following stuff:

The case I suggested is in your price range, looks gamey and has some cable management for it's price.

The power supply has 4.5/5 stars from 1300 people + so it should be good.
