A 600W will be enough. Go for a 80 plus gold and fully modular one.

Having checked your specs, I'd consider this PSU for that system.
That's taking into account further upgrades or hardware you might want to add to your system (internal/ external HDDs, RAM, a more power hungry GPU...). This PSU should be more than enough to keep not only your current set-up running but even your next config whenever you decide it's time for a system-wide upgrade.
