New processor and motherboard problems

So Today I upgraded from an FX 6100 to an i5 4690k and the difference is stunning to say the least but I've had some issues, Skyrim was running much more smoothly but the water was spazzing out and eventually the game crashed. Then I tried to play battlefield 4 and I couldn't get out of a loading screen. I'm sure more issues will arise, can anyone help me out?

Temps looks ok.
Ok when you change from Intel to AMD you make fresh windows install ?
I no Instability can be because drivers issue ect.

Maybe this can help you:
Use this http://www.guru3d.com/content-page/guru3d-driver-sweeper.html
And follow instruction :
Use the official uninstaller(s) of the driver(s) you want to uninstall.
Reboot your PC in Safe Mode.
Run Driver Sweeper and select what to clean.
Analyse lists all the entries possible to remove, cleaning removes the entries selected.

later install fresh drivers.
