My laptop's specs are
Intel core i3 2.30ghz
Nvidia Geforce 610m (2gb)
4GB RAM

Just yesterday I knew that my laptop had a virus called like ccminer? I forgot what was its name again but It does get a lot of usage on my cpu and causes my laptop to overheat.. So I cleaned it up with some programs ( antimalware, norton etc )

The virus was gone but left an effect to my laptop It overheats everytime it opens and when i play games (dota 2) that are usually 60fps at medium settings But when i play them now they are now like 10-20 fps even if i changed my setting to very low i still get the same fps so I think some files are infected by the virus.

I've done things like restarting with safe mode, resting my laptop for a day, run some anti malware programs but I still get 0 progress

If anyone could help me that'd be really great. Thanks for your help I hope someone can figure this out for me

The malware has not been removed; just because you can't find it doesn't mean it isn't still running. The first thing you should do is a system restore back to when you know you didn't have malware; then delete the system restore and hibernation files because malware likes to hide there. Norton is garbage and causes more problems than it solves. If you want to install a paid for antivirus program then you should get the paid for version of Malwarebytes or Vipre internet security as your antivirus program. If you want free then get avast. Secondary programs you should install and run:

AdwareCleaner
JRT (Junk Removal Tools)
Malwarebytes (the free one)
Hitman Pro

The best solution however is to reload your operating system.

Yes it is. To do it you will need a copy of your operating system and your product key. You can use a program called Belarc System Advisor to find all of your product keys for everything and then hopefully you can get your hands on an install disc. If you have Windows 8.1 it's even easier all you have to do is a system reset and it will go back to the way it was the day it came from the factory. After that you should really think about getting a legitimate antivirus program. We sell Vipre Security at work and it is the first malware removal program since Nod32 that I have thought to be worth paying for. Both Vipre and Malwarebytes are made by cleverbridge. Malware removal is 75% of what I do for my job.
