Are these parts okay for a low budget build? (800-900$)

So I am building a low budget pc for around 800 dollars and i am thinking of these parts:

Your motherboard hardly supports any RAM slots and you are going to throw 8 at it ?! OMG I'm laughing so hard :p

First off, change that mobo to something else. The mobo you selected runs DDR2 memories and the memories you are buying is a DDR3 ones. So get rid of that cheap ass MOBO. And seriously you don't need 64GB or RAM. Just 16Gb is enough to be called overkill for a gaming rig.

Secondly, that mobo doesn't support your CPU. The core i7 4790K is a LGA1150 while your mobo is a LGA775. Those are completely incompatible.

If you really are on a budget, drop the titan X and get a GTX 970 and do yourself and the rest of your component some justice and get a Z97 motherboard. Be it an ATX, Micro-ATX or Mini-ATX one.

Last thing, you do realise that you don't have a HDD don't you. You just poured all your money into a top of line GPU leaving yourself with next to no cash for the other important component of a PC. That 'Memory' that you have selected isn't going to do jack shit for your system and even if you buy all those item you listed, you will not be able to put anything together.

No Storage drive = No Boot drive = No PC running.


And no I'm not pissed or angry I just find it extremely funny :D

P.S. dem Nikes though :p

Well, I planned on having the J's inside the PC, not sure if you just didn't realize or maybe you may not know your shoes but I'm fairly sure that should compensate for the cheap mobo :)

Yeah, with those nice high end Jordans, your mobo shouldn't be a probo

I just made that up, see how clever I am.

Just make sure you remember to plug them into the CPU fan and not the chassis plug, that's a pretty common mistake

This guy really knows nothing of PC building, he shouldn't be talking

I'm not so sure about the Titan, that's a rather low end card.

I had one and it ran Minecraft at only 12 fps average

Yeah i get what you're saying, I've read online that I need to make sure the J's are plugged into the right fan slot. And yeah, obviously @JingLuci has no idea what hes talking about.
